A Washington, DC law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal, via C&M Legal Search, to support attorneys across all stages of litigation, from case inception through trial and conclusion. Responsibilities include managing assigned cases, organizing physical and electronic case files, maintaining discovery materials, drafting subpoenas, preparing deposition materials, conducting factual research, and providing extensive trial-preparation and on-site trial support. The role requires strong cite-checking and Bluebooking skills for court filings, discovery, and legal memoranda, plus knowledge of e-filing procedures and court rules. Candidates must hold a bachelor\'s degree and possess litigation trial experience — Junior (3–6 years), Mid-Level (5–10 years), or Senior (10+ years) — with the ability to travel for trial and work overtime when needed.
Pay: $70,000–$85,000 (Junior), $85,000–$100,000 (Mid-Level), $100,000–$125,000 (Senior)
