Litigation Paralegal

It is looking for an experienced Employment Litigation Paralegal who is ready to take real ownership and make a measurable impact — a true partner to attorneys, driving cases forward using technology, strategy, and sharp instincts (this is not a legal secretary position). Laurel\'s paralegals work inside cloud-based systems with automation tools, smart templates, and integrated communication platforms. What you\'ll do: support attorneys across active caseloads in a fully remote, fast-moving environment; draft and prepare motions, mediation briefs, discovery requests, discovery responses, and other litigation documents; manage deadlines, coordinate filings, and keep cases moving forward with precision; organize and maintain case files, records, and client communications in cloud-based systems; coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as needed; and apply a project-manager mindset to juggle multiple cases.
