• 3+ years of experience as a Corporate, Contract, Commercial, or In-House Paralegal
• Experience supporting an in-house legal department or corporate legal team preferred
• Strong experience reviewing, drafting, and managing contracts and legal documents
• Experience with contract lifecycle management and tracking agreements
• Knowledge of corporate governance, entity management, and compliance processes
• Experience maintaining corporate records, filings, and organizational documents
• Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders across multiple departments
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, document management systems, and contract management software
• Experience with legal operations, e-billing, or legal technology platforms is a plus
• Paralegal certificate preferred but not required
• Must be located in Southern California or open to local opportunities.
