Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has an immediate opening for a litigation paralegal in its fast-paced St. Louis, Missouri office. This full-time position, which may offer flexible hybrid options, includes organizing records, documents, correspondence and files; preparing medical record chronologies; analyzing case documents to assist in deposition and trial preparation; contacting clients, witnesses, experts and opposing counsel; assisting attorneys with research and drafting pleadings, subpoenas, disclosures, interrogatories, discovery requests and motions; coordinating deposition scheduling and calendaring with legal assistants; tracking document requests; and recording billable and non-billable time. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of trial and litigation paralegal experience, an ABA-approved paralegal certificate, strong knowledge of court rules, calendaring, e-filing and procedures, and excellent computer, organizational and communication skills; experience with healthcare, employment law or general commercial liability is a plus.
