Working with significant independence, the Senior Paralegal formats and prepares legal documents, manages high-volume document workflows, coordinates document collection for investigations and litigation, conducts legal and regulatory research, independently drafts and revises contracts with attorney guidance, assists with enterprise transactions and due diligence, collaborates with outside counsel, tracks litigation, contract and regulatory deadlines, and supports board materials and corporate governance records. The role also mentors other paralegals in the legal department. Requirements include a bachelor\'s degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or a related field, a minimum of seven years of paralegal experience in a healthcare setting or law firm, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; paralegal certification is preferred or may be obtained. This is a full-time position, with occasional travel to affiliate sites. Pay: $34.34-$53.23 per hour
